The International Community School (ICS), a charter school located in DeKalb County, Georgia, was strategically designed to bring together refugee, immigrant and native-born children in an academically challenging and nurturing environment.

It’s Smart to Chart

 

A classroom outdoor garden

bloomed into color during

our April Spring Break.  While

enjoying the hues and

textures, these first graders

also practiced inquiry skills

as they made charts that

helped them analyze the
